When you reach out to T3 Energy to selling your mineral rights, we first like to get a big picture of what you own and what exactly you are wanting. We discuss this with you to ensure you are getting all necessary information about your minerals as possible and know what exactly you should sell now and what you may want to hold on to, to sell at a later date.

After speaking with you and your interest to sell your minerals our team will evaluate and determine exactly what they are worth. This appraisal allows us to be able to get you the best offer on the market. If pricing is approved, we will send you our Mineral Deal Packet for you to review and return to us.

Once paperwork is returned, our title department will being reviewing your title. This process usually takes two weeks to complete, as long as the chain of title is clean. If any curative measures are needed to cure title, our team will notify you and begin our curative process.

Once title is cleared, we will issue payment via wire or check and file the signed deed.
